The fees for the enforcement of high court writs of control is in table 2 in the Schedule to the Taking Control of Goods (Fees) Regulations 2014,[1] and for the enforcement of all other debts are prescribed in table 1.[2]
The enforcement stage fee applies when the bailiff makes the first attendance at the premises, address, in relation to the instructions.[3][4]
If the bailiff has charged a fee for attending another address that is not specified on the enforcement power, the debtor, or any party, may apply to the court to assess the fees and charges recoverable.[5][6][7]
