Unpaid court fines, apply for an attachment of earnings.

You can ask the fines officer to withdraw the warrant of control,^[1] and apply for an attachment of earnings.^[2]

When the warrant of control has been withdrawn, the enforcement power ceases to be exercisable,^[3] and the bailiff may not recover any fees and charges.^[4]

Download and complete a form MC100 means enquiry form^[5] and send it to the fines officer at the sentencing court, and ask to make an attachment of earnings
