You can ask the fines officer to withdraw the warrant of control,[1] and apply for an attachment of earnings.[2]
When the warrant of control has been withdrawn, the enforcement power ceases to be exercisable,[3] and the bailiff may not recover any fees and charges.[4]
Download and complete a form MC100 means enquiry form[5] and send it to the fines officer at the sentencing court, and ask to make an attachment of earnings
