Can bailiffs visit during UK lockdown in COVID-19?

Yes

On 27 March 2020, the government suspended all enforcement and extended all statutory Notices of Enforcement period from 7 days to 30 days by passing the The Taking Control of Goods and Certification of Enforcement Agents (Amendment) (Coronavirus) Regulations 2020.[1]

The suspension on enforcement was lifted on 24 August 2020 when the Emergency period ended,[2] but guidelines were issued requiring bailiffs to practice "contactless enforcement".[3]
