Bailiffs who object to being filmed are free to leave at any time.
In July 2019, the government said that bailiffs will be required to wear body-worn cameras.[1]
You are allowed to film bailiffs and upload the recordings to YouTube and share them on social media.
If you record bailiffs using your mobile, they will treat you with a lot more respect.
If you tell the police that you filmed a bailiff committing an offence, they might confiscate the phone because it contains evidence of an offence.
You must retain a live-stream copy of the recordings in case the police lose the recordings on your phone, or he bailiff snatches the phone out of your hand.[2]
