Bailiffs snatched car keys or mobile phone out of your hand.

The bailiff may not take control of goods in use or being operated, by any person if such action is likely to result in a breach of the peace.^[1]

This includes taking control of a vehicle being driven by somebody, or a mobile phone being used to film them.

If a breach of the peace occurs, or a police officer accuses someone of breaching the peace, the enforcement fails.
