When the bailiff attends, he earns the enforcement stage fee £235.[3]
If you set up a repayment schedule with the court, or the bailiff when you first received the Notice of Enforcement, then the bailiff stands to lose the £235 enforcement stage fee.
The bailiff attended so he can add the enforcement stage fee to the sum outstanding.
Do a change of circumstances.[4] That ends the enforcement power,[5] and cancels all the bailiff’s fees and charges.[6]
