Why are bailiffs watching my house when I'm in a payment plan with the creditor's solicitor?

If anyone is monitoring you at home, whether surreptitiously or otherwise, then you should take a video of the bailiff who is spying on you and report them to the police.

A person must not pursue a course of conduct, which amounts to harassment of another, and which he knows or ought to know amounts to harassment of the other.[2]

A person who pursues this course of conduct is guilty of an offence,[3] and is liable on summary conviction to imprisonment for a term not exceeding six months, or a fine not exceeding level 5 on the standard scale, or both.[3]

The bailiff may also be committing an offence of stalking,[4] and you can apply to the court for an injunction to stop the bailiff, whether by himself, or by instructing another to harass you, or commit stalking.[5]
