Only a certificated enforcement agent, acting as a prescribed individual, is authorised to accept payments for the enforcement of a Warrant of Control,[1] If the payment deviates from this process, the payer has the right to dispute the transaction as unauthorised, potentially invoking the chargeback process through their bank to recover the amount.[2]
