Why I charge for telephone consultations?

I have no manpower to offer a free help line.

I work to stop the enforcement, recover vehicles clamped or towed away by bailiffs and claim damages for non-compliant bailiff action.

Some free helplines are set up by bailiff companies masquerading as debt counsellors, or charities (funded by the government) who tell you to pay the debt and they collect your data to pass it to bailiff companies.

I give you the legal means to stop the enforcement power and claim damages for con-compliant action. In many cases, I can refer you to specialist solicitors without the high costs associated with non-specialised high-street firms.
