Any vehicle on which a valid disabled person's badge is displayed because it is used for, or in relation to which there are reasonable grounds for believing that it is used for, the carriage of a disabled person, is exempt from enforcement.[2]
The property in all goods of the debtor, except goods that are exempt goods for the purposes of taking control of goods to pay a debt.[3]
If a bailiff takes control of any exempt goods, the debtor may make a claim to exempt goods.[4][5]
