You want more time to pay the writ

Apply to stay the writ of control and set aside the judgment.^[1][2]

Never attempt negotiating repayments with a bailiff company. Never download their app, the bailiff company will add their fees and charges.

Staying the enforcement cancels all the bailiff's fees and charges.^[3][4][5]

Apply to the High court by filing an application and a means enquiry form,^[6] and the court may stay the enforcement.^[7]

If the bailiff has already taken money from you, that is set off against the original judgment.
