If you leave a garden shed, a wheelie-bin storage area, or bicycle storage area unlocked, the bailiff may enter them without permission.[1]
It is not a license to break entry to the dwellinghouse, unless the bailiff is enforcing a court fine,[2] debts owed to HMRC,[3] or installing a pre-pay gas meter.[4]
