If you don't have the money or the goods to pay the fine, the fines officer can issue a warrant of commitment.[1]
The period of commitment varies on the amount outstanding remaining unpaid.[2]
The amount outstanding is the sum adjudged to pay.[3]
Bailiffs do not have the authority to send non-paying debtors to prison.
