Yes
But there is a caveat.
The bailiff will be unable to recover any enforcement stage fees and charges.[1]
If the bailiff has already taken money, then the debtor can apply for a detailed assessment hearing[2][3] and ask for costs.[4]
The debtor may have a right to apply to the court for the return of any goods removed.[5]
Guidelines state that bailiffs must withdraw from domestic premises if the only person present is deemed to be vulnerable.[6]
