Can bailiffs use trade buttons to enter communal flats?

No

Bailiffs cannot use third parties to gain entry

Entry using this means renders all enforcement invalid.[1]

In the judgment of Nash v Lucas:

A bailiff, Mr Lucas, went to a house for rent arrears but the door was locked. A tradesman, Mr Back, employed by the landlord was allowed into the house by the tenant Mr Nash to carry out repairs. Mr Nash left the house locking both doors with Mr Back still inside. Bailiff Mr Lucas attended and told Mr Back to open a window and then unlock the front door from inside and Mr Lucas walked in. Mr Nash claimed trespass and the levy was wrongful interference of goods. The judgment for Mr Nash was appealed to the High Court.
