It is not an offence to take photographs of children, unless the images are indecent.[1]
Bailiffs may not take photographs of debtors leaving the house because that is stalking.[2]
A bailiff must not pursue a course of conduct which amounts to harassment of a debtor, and which he knows or ought to know amounts to harassment of the debtor.[3]
If you see a bailiff taking photographs of you leaving your home, then you may apply for an injunction.[4]
It is also a criminal offence, and can be reported to the police.[5]
