There is nothing in the enforcement regulations that enable bailiffs or their companies to demand evidence of a debtor's medical condition.
If a debtor is seriously ill,[1] they are exempt from paying enforcement stage fees and charges.[2]
The debtor can apply for a detailed assessment hearing to reclaim enforcement stage fees and charges.[3][4]
