The regulations that set the prescribed fees for bailiffs recovering unpaid High Court writs,[1][2] do not provide for a fee called authorised high court enforcement officers fees.
If you have been overcharged by a bailiff recovering a high Court writ, then you may apply for a detailed assessment.[3]
