A power to use force does not include power to use force against people.[1]
Anyone unlawfully and maliciously wound or inflict any grievous bodily harm upon any other person, either with or without any weapon or instrument, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and being convicted thereof shall be liable to be kept in penal servitude.[2]
Anyone commits an offence if they threaten violence to secure entry.[3]
A police officer must arrest the bailiff for breach of the peace if he witnesses a bailiff placing anyone in fear of violence or harm.[4]
