Can a bailiff take photos inside my house?

No

The statutory enforcement provisions and underlying regulations do not provide for bailiffs to enter peoples homes and take photos.

The bailiff is in all probability only doing it to annoy the householder or the debtor, because the photos have no practical use to the bailiff, except to return to the property and burgle it, or pass the photos to criminals.

The bailiff should be reported to the police because it could be an offence under section 2 of the Protection from Harassment Act 1997 as amended by section 111(3)(g) of the Protection of Freedoms Act 2012.

It is an offence of stalking when a person is watching or spying on another.
