Can a bailiff take goods belonging to my wife?

No

Bailiffs may take control of goods only if they are goods of the debtor.[1]

If the bailiff takes control of the wife’s goods, she can make a third-party claim.[2][3]

The debtor’s wife may also recover damages,[4] and her costs infringing the proceedings.[5][6][7]
