Bailiffs may take control of goods only if they are goods of the debtor.[1]
If the bailiff takes control of the wife’s goods, she can make a third-party claim.[2][3]
The debtor’s wife may also recover damages,[4] and her costs infringing the proceedings.[5][6][7]
