Yes
If the debtor has been given a Notice of Enforcement,[1] then the bailiff may take control of the debtors goods when a period of seven clear days has passed.[2]
If the Debtor's car is found on a highway,[3] or where the debtor usually lives or carries on a trade or business,[4] the bailiff make take control of it,[5] and one of the methods of taking control of goods is by removing it to a place of storage.[6]
