Can Individual Voluntary Arrangements (IVA) stop bailiffs?

Yes

When a debtor enters an Individual Voluntary Arrangement, the court may forbid bailiffs taking control of the debtors goods[1]

For debt advice, see gov.uk.[2] to find a debt practitioner and inform them of your bailiff enforcement and they will give notice.

Excluded debts include unpaid court fines[3] and child support.[4]
