Enforcement fails because the bailiff may not use force against people.[1]
The debtor can ask for the bailiff’s body-cam recordings to prove a claim for damages,[2] and bring an action for the breach,[3] or a criminal complaint to the police for common assault.[4][5]

Use the law to get the bailiffs body-worn camera recordings, and get a certificate of posting from the post office.
Give a copy of the letter to the bailiff company by email and make a screenshot of the sent email capturing the time you gave it.
