Enforcement regulations do not provide for bailiffs to take pictures of your belongings or valuables.
It could mean the bailiff intends to return later, and burgle your property, or use the pictures to tell criminals where your valuables are kept.
If you find a bailiff taking pictures of your belongings, then you must report it to the police.
You must also give the bailiff a Notice to Erase.[1]
