Yes
When an enforcement agent releases an immobilised vehicle or removes wheel clamps from an immobilised vehicle, the enforcement regulations state the enforcement agent must as soon as reasonably practicable give the debtor a written notice.[1]
If the enforcement agent does not give notice of abandonment, then the daily rate of damages and losses for the unlawful deprivation of the goods continues.[2]
