An enforcement agent may only take control of the debtor's goods where the debtor usually lives.[1]
A concerned occupant under the threat of enforcement action at their home against a person that does not live there can make a statutory declaration.[2]
Bailiffs do not have the authority to enter and search anyone's property to satisfy themselves if the debtor does not live there.[3]
