Enforcement agents can only operate in England and Wales.^[1]

If a creditor wants to enforce payment of a judgment outside England and Wales, they call to apply for an order in Europe,^[2] or in any country that has a reciprocal agreement.^[3]

Any country not listed will not enforce a writ of control issued in England and Wales.
