Enforcement agents can only operate in England and Wales.[1]
If a creditor wants to enforce payment of a judgment outside England and Wales, they call to apply for an order in Europe,[2] or in any country that has a reciprocal agreement.[3]
Any country not listed will not enforce a writ of control issued in England and Wales.
