A bailiff company does not have a right to demand to see your tenancy agreement.
A company cannot be an enforcement agent because regulations state that an enforcement agent is an individual.[1]
Bailiffs do not have the power to search anyone's property to satisfy themselves the debtor does not live there, but if a bailiff forces his way into a person's property and refuses to leave, even if the address used to be occupied by the debtor, the occupant may sue for damages for £10,000 plus costs.[2][3]
